This study was conducted to investigate the development of science learning activities package using by STEM Education In conjunction with Collaborative learning effect to Prathomsuksa 5 student ’ s Creative Problem solving Team work skill and learning achievement. who enrolled in the second semester of 2018 academic year at Ban Patoey School under Mukdahan Primary Education service area office, Thailand.The result of the study were as follow :

1. The students' the Creative Problem solving who learning through the science learning activity packages, after studying was higher than before studying statistically significant at 0.05 level.

2.The students' Team work skill who learning through science learning activity packages, after studying was higher than the standard criteria statistically significant at 0.05 level.

3.The students' learning achievement who learning through the science learning activity packages, after studying was higher than before studying statistically significant at 0.05 level.

4. When subdividing the science process skill of students three levels that were high, moderate and low, it was found that the Creative Problem solving ability and Team work skill of the students who learning through the science learning activity packages .after studying was higher than before studying statistically significant at 0.05 level. In which students with high level of science process skills have creative problem solving abilities And higher teamwork skills Moderate and low group respectively and medium group were higher than low group. As for academic achievement Students with high level of science process skills, moderate and low level had no difference in academic achievement after learning.
